All cameos are one of a kind, the picture you see is the actual cameo. If I have sold the one listed and haven't taken it off the site yet, I will be happy to try to find one similar. These cameos are all hand carved in Torre del Greco, Italy, which is part of Naples. They are also signed on the back. These are the finest carvings I can find. If you were to go to a cameo factory in Italy, the carvings would not be this fine, I pay extra to make sure that my carvings are nicer than what you would find there. I carry the two top quality carvings. First quality artistic, the top quality, and first quality commercial, the next highest quality. The quality of a cameo is determined by the depth and detail of the carving, and the translucence of the shell.
